Hello my name Mrs.
This is my tenth year working at Liberty Hill Academy. As I
prepare for my fifth teaching year here, I’m so excited. I am married with two
high school daughters. I earned an Associate of Arts from Trident Technical
College, Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Limestone College and currently pursuing my Master's degree in Educational Leadership. I am the
founder and a member of Ladies Of da Chuck (LOC) S.C. As a member I am able to
provide Learning experiences, Offer guidance and Contribute time in order for
the youth in my surrounding communities to have their future on LOC. I enjoyed working with the youth in my
community, reading, decorating and writing children stories.
My philosophy of
teaching is that all children have the ability to learn the same material but
not at the same rate, pace or milieu. That’s why I chose to be a special
educator. This will allow me to differentiate instruction, use a variety of
learning strategies, and incorporate the various learning styles
(kinesthetic/tactile, auditory, and visual) to ensure student’s achievement. I
believe that every child deserve an education.
