About Me:

This is my tenth year working at Liberty Hill Academy. As I prepare for my fifth teaching year here, I’m so excited. I am married with two high school daughters. I earned an Associate of Arts from Trident Technical College, Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Limestone College and currently pursuing my Master's degree in Educational Leadership. I am the founder and a member of Ladies Of da Chuck (LOC) S.C. As a member I am able to provide Learning experiences, Offer guidance and Contribute time in order for the youth in my surrounding communities to have their future on LOC.  I enjoyed working with the youth in my community, reading, decorating and writing children stories.

Philosophy:

My philosophy of teaching is that all children have the ability to learn the same material but not at the same rate, pace or milieu. That’s why I chose to be a special educator. This will allow me to differentiate instruction, use a variety of learning strategies, and incorporate the various learning styles (kinesthetic/tactile, auditory, and visual) to ensure student’s achievement. I believe that every child deserve an education.
